OTC holds CETOS and PUV Modernization Forum in Koronadal City
The Office of Transportation Cooperatives (OTC) conducted a Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Forum for various transport cooperatives at the Villa Amor Hotel, Koronadal City on May 11, 2018.
