The OTC has been receiving reports of alleged CETOS fee imposition. We
would like to reiterate that CETOS training is free of any charge or whatsoever.
The public is hereby advised not to give any compensation,fee or whatsoever
to any CETOS Trainers and to report directly knowledge pertaining thereto.
Violation of the law shall neither be tolerated nor condoned.

 

Reports reached this Office relating to alleged activities of some OTC
employees who are also concurrent Transportation Cooperative Members
in exerting undue influence in order to favor their affiliation.

This violation of law shall neither be tolerated nor condoned.

The public is hereby advised to report directly any knowledge pertaining
thereto to the Office of the Chairman for appropriate action.
