The Office of Transportation Cooperatives, led by Chairman Emmanuel Virtucio, met with Sarangani province Governor Steve Chongbian Solon and his constituents, to discuss the Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program and to settle some transport cooperative issues in their area last April 19.

 

On the same day, Chairman Virtucio delivered an inspirational message during the Cooperative Education and Transport Operations Seminar (CETOS) held at Alabel National Science High School, Sarangani Province. He talked about the move to professionalize drivers and to provide environment-friendly and safe commuting experience for the Filipino people.

The CETOS was conducted by the OTC Operations Division trainors Corazon Martinez and Darwin Tan.
