The Office of Transportation Cooperatives (OTC) conducted a Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Forum for various transport cooperatives at the Villa Amor Hotel, Koronadal City on May 11, 2018. Afterwhich, the OTC held a Cooperative Education and Transport Operations Seminar (CETOS) for the attendees.
