OTC Chairman Emmanuel Virtucio (fifth from right) receives a miniature bronze gong as a token of appreciation for being a guest speaker during the Cordillera Transportation Summit held last April 23 at the Engineers Hill Covered Court, Baguio City.

Along with Land Transportation Office Assistant Regional Director Datu Mohammad Nasser Abbas, OTC Chairman Emmanuel Virtucio discussed with the transport associations the Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program.

Chairman Virtucio was interviewed by PTV4 regarding the program and he shared his vision to provide safe and systematic commuting experience to the Filipino people.
