Upang mapangalagaan ang pampublikong kalusugan at kasiguruhan ng patuloy na serbisyo publiko, ang Office of Transporation Cooperatives at Regional Help Desks nito ay mananatiling bukas at handang maghatid ng mga pangunahing serbisyo alinsunod sa mga patakaran at probisyon sa ilalim ng Executive Order 112 ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte, at sa Omnibus Guidelines on the Implementation of Quarantine in the Philippines na itinaguyod noong ika-22 ng Mayo 2020 ng Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-IED).

Ang tuloy-tuloy na serbisyo ng OTC ay naaayon sa mga pamantayang nakasaad sa post na ito.

Isang Paalala: Ang mga nabanggit na mga pamantayan ay maaaring masuri at magbago upang makasunod sa mga Health and Safety Protocols na ibababa ng IATF-IED.
