The Office of Transportation Cooperatives continues its  series of PUV Modernization Forums by conducting one for transport association CLUTCH, Inc. on April 17, 2018 at the Sunburst Restaurant, Iligan City.

Mr. Celino Y. Geronimo, OTC Accreditation and Promotions Section Head, presented the salient features of the Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program. After which, an open forum was held, paneled by Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board Regional Director Aminoden Guro, Land Transportation Office Regional Director Oscar Salcedo, Mr. Edwin Pelosas of the Cooperative Development Authority-Region X, Ms. Ligaya Padiila of the Land Bank of the Philippines-Region X, Ms. Angelita Aguhob of the Development Bank of the Philippines and OTC Chairman Emmanuel Virtucio.

The program was opened by Chairman Virtucio, who welcomed the guests and participants to the forum. The event was attended by 61 drivers, operators and allied workers.
