Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Training: 4 hours of relevant training

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Under general supervision, responsible for gathering, consolidating, preparing, generating, and analyzing data for every activity in aid of policy formulation and project development;
  2. Prepares communications/correspondences for internal and external publics;
  3. Maintains organized correspondences, documents, reports and data files for references and retrieval;
  4. Collaborates, networks and coordinates with concerned NGOs, GOCCs, PIs, etc.;
  5. Prepares technical documents (e.g. concept papers, survey letters, monitoring/research tools, etc.), reports and activities of the Division;
  6. Researches and innovates ways to streamline complex procedures of the Office;
  7. Performs other functions that may be assigned.
