The Office of Transportation Cooperatives (OTC) shall be limiting its operations to online transactions starting July 6, 2020, until further notice. Physical transactions in the central office located at 5th Floor, Ben-Lor Building, 1184 Quezon Avenue, Brgy. Paligsahan, Quezon City shall be temporarily suspended.
