The Office of Transportation Cooperatives (OTC) conducted the Cooperative Education and Transport Operations Seminar (CETOS) In-house last February 5, 2020 at the Training Room 8th Floor Columbia Towers, representing the following transport cooperatives:

2. Cubao Bagumbayan Rosario TSC
3. Proposed Lucky 13 TC
4. Proposed Philippine Modern TC
