The Office of Transportation Cooperatives (OTC) conducted the Cooperative Education and Transport Operations Seminar (CETOS) last February 17-18, 2020 at San Isidro Church, Mexico, Pampanga to 95 participants, representing the following transport cooperatives:
- Proposed San Luis – Baliwag TSC
- Proposed Candaba JODA
- Proposed San Luis – San Fernando TC
