The Office of Transportation Cooperatives (OTC) conducted the Cooperative Education and Transport Operations Seminar (CETOS) last January 15, 2020 at 3/F Rijo bldg. Mabuhay, Paliparan III, Dasmariñas, Cavite to 59 participants, representing the following transport cooperatives:

2. One Cavite Transport Cooperative
