The Office of Transportation Cooperatives (OTC) conducted the Cooperative Education and Transport Operations Seminar (CETOS) last April 9, 2019 at Katarungan Village Covered Court, Arellano St. Poblacion, Muntilupa City to 125 participants, representing the following transport cooperatives:

1. Philippines-Bud Transport Cooperatives
2. Proposed Katarungan Jeepney Operators and Drivers Transport Cooperatives
