The Office of Transportation Cooperatives (OTC) underwent scrutiny yesterday, as part of the regular inspection of the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) to improve public service extended by government agencies.Among the components that the ARTA assessed within the OTC are its fundamental services including the accommodation of stakeholders’ concerns, procedures on application or approval of transport cooperatives accreditation, compliance with Citizen’s Charter, and the provision of an online platform to streamline the frontline services that the Agency offers. This cooperation that the OTC took a part of with ARTA serves as a way to fulfill its strong commitment in delivering reliable service for all transport cooperatives across the country. In this way, the OTC ensures that transport cooperatives will, in turn, provide a quality service for the riding public.
