𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗡𝗔𝗡: Lumahok at nakiisa ang Office of Transportation Cooperatives (OTC) sa isang araw na aktibidad na binuo at isinagawa ng Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) noong ika-19 ng Pebrero 2025 sa ARTA Transformation Hub, UP Ayala Land Technohub, Quezon City.  Tinaguriang “Orientation and Workshop on Citizen’s Charter (CC) and Harmonized Client Satisfaction Measurement Report (HCSM)”, ang pagsasanay na ito ay pinamahalaan ng Compliance Monitoring and Evaluation Office (CMEO) ng ARTA. Tinalakay rito ang mga alituntunin hinggil sa Citizen’s Charter at ang iba’t ibang kapansin-pansing katangian nito. Natanghal din sa naturang aktibidad ang akmang pag-uulat ng Harmonized Client Satisfaction Measurement (HCSM). Bukod dito, ibinida rin ng CMEO ang inisyatiba ng ARTA na bumuo ng Anti-Red Tape Electronic Management Information System (ARTEMIS) na magsisilbing “online platform” o instrumento sa pagsumite ng mga CC Report at iba pang mga rekisito ng ARTA. Nagkaroon din ng isang workshop kung saan ang mga kalahok ay inatasang pumili ng isang halimbawa ng serbisyo ng kanilang ahensya at gawin ang proseso ng CC Handbook para ilahad ang mga sangkap na kailangang malaman ng kliyente tulad ng mga hakbangin, dokumentong kailangan isumite, at mga aksyon ng ahensya kabilang ang nakalaang oras sa pag-proseso ng transaksyon. Sa ilang pagtatanghal ng mga output, nagbigay ang kinatawan ng ARTA ng mga ekspertong komento at rekomendasyon upang pagtibayin ang mga inulat na proseso.  Bilang kinatawan ng OTC, partikular na naging kalahok sa pagsasanay sina OTC Chairperson Reymundo D.J. De Guzman, Jr., Administrative and Finance Division (AFD) Chief Nita M. Lopez-Cosares, at Planning Officer IV Rommel Efren C. Laurena, kabilang ang iba pang mga dumalo buhat sa ilang national government agencies (NGAs), local government units (LGUs), state universities and colleges (SUCs), at government-owned and controlled corporations (GOCCs). Ang naturang pagsasanay ay bahagi ng mga gawain ng ARTA para gabayan at pagtibayin ang kapasidad ng mga ahensya ng pamahalaan na tumugon sa mga direktiba ng Republic Act No.11032 o ang batas hinggil sa Ease of Doing Business (EODB).
