The Office of Transportation Cooperatives (OTC) embraces progress anew as former Executive Director II and Officer-in-Charge Reymundo D.J. De Guzman, Jr. has now been formally appointed as the Chairperson of the Agency.

Having served the public transportation sector since 2014, Chairperson De Guzman never loses the drive to establish and reinforce policies, projects, and programs deemed beneficial for all transport cooperatives across the country. The newly-appointed chairperson, in fact, asserts his commitment to develop significant plans and further uphold the mandate of the Agency to better improve the welfare of the sector. He vowed to continue with the foundation built by then OTC Chairman and now DOTr Undersecretary Andy Ortega in terms of genuine service delivery to the TC-clientele and supporting programs and activities for their development.

With this new leadership ahead, the OTC would like to emphasize its recognition and belief that Chairperson De Guzman will continuously gear up to provide safety and sustainability for the transport cooperatives sector. May you then pave the way towards the attainment of a progressive public transportation sector through the transport cooperative system.

Congratulations, Chairperson De Guzman!
