The Office of Transportation Cooperatives in agreement with Bayan Academy , a Non-Government Organization (NGO) in-charge for the Pinoy Tsuper Hero Program which aims to boost the morale of drivers and develop transport cooperative leaders through recognition of exemplary contribution, is hereby requesting to submit the nomination of drivers, operators, driver-operators qualified to participate in the program from the following regions:

5. Region VI
6. Region VII
7. Region IX
8. Region X
9. Region XI
10. Region XII
