The Office of Transportation Cooperatives (OTC) conducted the Cooperative Education and Transport Operations Seminar (CETOS) last April 26, 2019 at Christian Vision Academy, Magalang, Pamgpanga to 60 participants, representing the following transport cooperatives:
1. Dau Mabalacat City Muzon San Jose Del Monte Bulacan TSC
2. Proposed Sta. Lucia San Isidro Resettlement Transport Operators Cooperative
3. Proposed BALMAR Transport Cooperative
4. Proposed Clark Air Force City Transport Cooperative
